And we make your life easier too. Our on-line leasing and on-site management and maintenance services are like kryptonite to renting stress.
FORGET THE FEES
You’re already paying for your home, so that’s enough, right? Hidden costs are just a landlord’s way of squeezing cash out of tenants. We give you the total price upfront and won’t surprise you with fees for weird stuff like ‘reservations’ ‘renewals’ or ‘referencing’ (whatever they are).
You can rent your home without forking out a large deposit with our Deposit Free option. The provider of this service, FlatFair, will charge a small fee for this option equal to one weeks rent + VAT
Renting with us is more than having your own private space. We provide a place you can truly call home and we openly welcome pets.
VILLAGE LIFE
Your own apartment in the city. It’s a pretty exciting thing. But renting with us is so much more than just having a private space near to where you study or work.
It’s home. An AddLiving Village is somewhere you can truly live in (and so can your pets).
It’s social. Our Tenants Lounge is a great communal space to hang out with mates and jump on the free Wi-Fi. Plus, throughout the year we hold and encourage regular events – a chance to get to know your neighbours and throw yourself into the community spirit (if you want to).
It’s easy. Your on-site team are around throughout the day to help with tenancy stuff and answer questions. Our maintenance crew will sort out apartment problems sharpish. And our 24-hr security keeps everyone nice and safe.
LOOKING OUT FOR YOU
We’re not your mum and dad, but our tenants do feel like family to us. It means your safety keeps us awake at night. Literally. We operate 24-hr security, and one of our team is always on call if you need them, (but they won’t pick you up from the pub).
We have an on-site tenant lounge where our experienced and local staff are there to provide you with help and support during working hours.
